We ship across Canada and the U.S. using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx.

• U.S.: 5–10 business days

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery (or expected delivery). Include your order number and photos of any damage for faster resolution.
