At Food Equipment Hub, we take pride in providing quality new and refurbished food equipment. Please review our policy before completing your purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of commercial kitchen and food-related equipment, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
After review, we may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, notify us within 3 business days of delivery. We’ll correct the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been processed or the order has shipped.
